1. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Confirmation: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.

2. Shipping Destinations

NuVion currently ships exclusively within Australia. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facility in Melbourne, Victoria.

We offer flat-rate shipping to ensure simplicity and transparency. There are no hidden fees or additional handling charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. You can track your package via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged during transit or appears to be lost:

  • Damaged Items: Contact us at support@nuvion.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will dispatch a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, per your preference.
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, please contact us at support@nuvion.au. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
