Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of research peptides and strict storage requirements, we do not accept general returns. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges (replacements) only where items arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or are confirmed lost in transit. To request an exchange, contact us at support@nuvion.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@nuvion.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us at support@nuvion.au. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 3 to 5 business days.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally outside Australia?
Not currently. We are focused on providing exceptional service to researchers in Australia with fast domestic shipping and no customs complications.
