At NuVion, we are committed to providing the highest quality research compounds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No General Returns
Due to the nature of research peptides and the strict storage and handling requirements necessary to maintain product integrity, NuVion does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason other than those specifically outlined below.
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nuvion.au.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product
- A brief description of the issue
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will offer either:
- A replacement dispatched at no additional charge, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
NuVion will cover all return shipping costs where we are at fault. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges (replacements) only in cases where items are damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in transit.
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide order details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos). Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
4. Lost Shipments
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, please contact us at support@nuvion.au. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
5. Purity and Quality Guarantee
All NuVion peptides are tested to a minimum of 99% purity (HPLC verified). If you believe a product does not meet these specifications:
- Contact us at support@nuvion.au with your batch number and any relevant testing documentation.
- Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
6. Order Cancellations
- Before dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Contact us at support@nuvion.au.
- After dispatch: Once your order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled. If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Most refunds appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
