4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. You can track your package via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged during transit or appears to be lost:

  1. Damaged Items: Contact us at support@nuvion.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  2. Lost Shipments: If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days, please contact us. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will immediately offer you a full refund or a free replacement.
