1. Return Window and Eligibility

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or reconstituted.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with your request.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@nuvion.au. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), NuVion Health will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • Customer Remorse/Change of Mind: If you wish to return an unopened product for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. No restocking fees will be charged.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at support@nuvion.au.

  • Please provide your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging/product.
  • We will immediately dispatch a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, per your preference.

5. Purity and Quality Guarantee

All NuVion peptides are tested to >99% purity. If you believe a product does not meet these specifications:

  1. Contact us with your batch number and any relevant testing documentation.
  2. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped.
  • After Dispatch: If the order has already left our facility, you may refuse delivery. Once the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund (minus the original shipping costs).
