Orders placed before 2 PM local time (Melbourne or London) are dispatched the same day Monday-Friday. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.

Do I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely. Every order includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 2 hours of your order being shipped, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time through Australia Post.

Orders & Refunds
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
In the rare event your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@nuvion.au
We’ll investigate with the courier and:
- Reship your order free of charge if the package is confirmed lost
- Expedite a replacement at no additional cost
Since all orders ship domestically from your regional warehouse, delivery issues are extremely rare.
Can I return research peptides?
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns once products have been shipped. However, we stand behind our quality:
- If products arrive damaged or compromised, we’ll replace them immediately
- If you receive incorrect products, we’ll correct the order at no charge
- All peptides are third-party tested; if purity is below stated specifications, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement
Can I cancel my order?

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to same-day processing, but you may refuse delivery and contact us for a refund (minus any express shipping costs if applicable).

How should I store my research peptides?
Before Reconstitution (lyophilized powder):
- Store at -20°C (freezer) for long-term storage (12+ months)
- Can be stored at 2-8°C (refrigerator) for up to 3 months

After Reconstitution:
- Store immediately at 2-8°C (refrigerator)

How do I reconstitute research peptides?
Detailed reconstitution instructions are included with every order. General guidelines:

- Add liquid slowly down side of vial (don’t spray directly onto powder)
- Gently roll or swirl—do not shake vigorously
- Allow to dissolve completely (may take 1-5 minutes)
- Store immediately in refrigerator

What bacteriostatic water should I use?
We recommend pharmaceutical-grade bacteriostatic water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol. This is available from medical supply companies in both Australia. Sterile water can also be used but has a shorter shelf-life after reconstitution.
